Lesson 5: Workday Introduction Welcome to Lesson 5! In this lesson, we'll focus on vocabulary and phrases related to a typical workday in Spanish. We'll cover common expressions used to describe work activities, office items, and professional interactions. Learning Objectives By the end of this lesson, you should be able to: Understand and use vocabulary related to work and the office. Discuss your workday and professional interactions in Spanish. Use the present tense to talk about regular activities and routines at work. Lesson Content Part 1: Vocabulary We'll start with vocabulary related to work and the office. Examples include: Trabajo (Work) Oficina (Office) Jefe (Boss) Colega (Colleague) Reunión (Meeting) Proyecto (Project) Part 2: Discussing Your Workday Next, we will introduce phrases and structures to discuss your workday, such as: "Trabajo de 9 a 5." (I work from 9 to 5.) "Tengo una reunión a las 10." (I have a meeting at 10.) Part 3: Professional Interactions Lastly, we'll learn phrases to describe professional interactions. For example: "Mi jefe me ha asignado un nuevo proyecto." (My boss has assigned me a new project.) "Trabajo en equipo con mis colegas." (I work in a team with my colleagues.) Assessment At the end of the lesson, there will be a quiz to assess your understanding of the vocabulary and phrases learned in this lesson.
